 Subject: 22" Tire Question

Im getting a deal on set of 22" Giovanna Anzio's and tires. My concern is that the tires are going to rub like hell. The tire size is 305/45/22. Our my assumptions correct? I have a 2001 regular cab dakota with the tire and handling package. Thanks

R/T's come from the factory with 28.14" diameter tires. Durangos come with around 29-30" diameter tires. As long as you're not lowered, you should be able to run 30" tires without rubbing... Once you start lowering you're going to need to stay around the 28" mark to not rub without having to roll the fenders and such.

305 / 25.4= 12" wide
12" * .45= 5.4"
5.4" * 2= 10.8"
10.8" + 22"= 32.8" tall
