Hey
I am wondering how i remove the sticker that is the wood trim on my 93 dakota, i wnat just the black plastic... i cant find a corner to peel it at. is there a trick to this?

there was no sticker at all on mine its painted on. i just sanded and painted mine blue. that is if your talking about the plastic panels ion the dash of the truck

also, what grain sand paper and what type of paint did u use to do this job (brushed? spray paint?)

i have to get them developed. i will post some later. is there any scratches on your dash if there is look close and you will see that its not a sticker.
i sanded mine with 320 grit sand paper shot it with so filler primer sanded again with 600. then shot it with a few coats of blue base, then a couple coats of clear.

the paint i used was touch-up paint you can buy at the hardware store. looks a lot better painted then it did woodgrain. i scratch a couple places pretty good already and it hasn't even been in the truck a week.
when i get time i will be re-doin it.

I bought a set of black trim from a junkyard for $35 and just swapped it out.
