Well, I am wondering if you would advise it for me to get wheel covers for the wheels since they rims are not attractive at all, haha. The covers I'm looking at are...

They arent flashy so hopefully they will blend in nicely. What do you think?

no matter how bad your wheels look, don't ever put those plastic pieces of s-hit on anything, they look so cheap

Message: there is nothing wrong with some stock steelie rims, paint them black and call it a day. They have been the rim of choice for project mini trucks for years.
