I am in need of some advice if possible. I have a 93 Dakota and I have 4 new R/T rims in the box. I finally have the money to buy some tires, but not the ones I really want. I know that they come factory with 255/55 17's. Not a great selection, though. I did find a better selection and cheaper price with 255/50 17's. I know this is about 1" shorter in height and will change my speedo, but my speedo is off due to the 3.92 rear-end anyway so that's no biggie. Also, I've already removed some of the front upper control arm for clearance of the wheel. Is there anything else I need to do and has anyone ever put a 50 series on thier R/T wheels? Any other advice would be grateful. Thanks!
