Subject: extang black max tonneau covers??.... IP: Logged
Message: Anyone have one of these installed? Look pretty sharp and in my price range (130-170), I'd like something that's going to last. If anyone has an extang cover regardless if it's a black max or not are they pretty durable, does the color hold up?
thanks,
-m

Message: I have an extang cover on my dak. It was on it when I bought my truck used over a year ago,nut it looks the same as the day I bought my truck. It uses the rail system which is nice and it has never leaked however when its even moderately cold out its hard to put on. I usely get it partway on and then park my truck in the sun and then it goes on easily.

Message: have the extang black max on my 03 club cab. Take a word of advice. get the hinged one with the gas supports. they are a whole lot easier to use in the winter.dont have to unsnap them at all.Had a sportmaster on my ranger,it was much easier to deal with.when those covers are cold, they are almost impossible to snap.
