Does anyone out there know of a company that makes taillight fillers for a 97 and up Dak? I just bought a full combo for the rear and want to shave the lights and put some leds or something in the skin. I really don't want to have to make fillers but will if need be. Please let me know if anyone knows where I can find some. THANKS!!!

I've looked and I really don't think any places make fillers for dakotas. alot of people dont even really like gettin those fillers anyway. If u can do it yourself ur set, if not, a custom body shop should be able to make em easily, prolly cheaper.

I can do it myself, but just didn't really want to. I was hit last weekend in Daytona beach by a lifted jeep and it destroyed my bed and everything else in the rear. I guess i can weld pretty good because the notch and all the other crap for the bags is fine. Still measures the same and everything. Thank god for insurance! I ordered the FBI skin so I will get some pics up asap when i get it in and on the truck. If anyone wants to see what happens to a lowered dak when a lifted 4x4 hits it going 25 mph email me and I'll send you a pic. Thanks!

ouch my truck got messed up twice in panama city beach 2weeks during spring break so I feel your pain. If you can figure it out let me know as I really want to fill in my tailights.

Try IF Customs. They sell Grant Customs full line of custom parts. I think they list at $127, but I've always heard great things about Grant customs. Here's their website: www.ifcustom.com

iDRAGit. where are you located. if around orlando. there is a good shop that made them for a 98 i believe and molded the tailgate shut. and molded the rollpan and put a 42"? led strip in the tailgate. www.itsraw.com. it can be seen in the "our work" section or something like that. if your in orlando id also like to see your truck. talk to you later.
