Yes Dodge does make a roofrack for the 02 quab cab I wanted one until I saw one on a dak and I didnt like it it sticks up to far to me but it looks totally different in the dodge accessory cataloge

I have never seen a light bar on the roof rack but there is a guy around here who has a quad cab he is on the volunteer rescue suad and he has one and it looks pretty kool, but its a low proflie one!
