 Subject: headlights in bumper?

has anyone tried to put a set of mercury sable or othe headlights in the bumper like some f-350 owners do? or replaceing foglights with some sort of high and lowbeam light.
I like the look of headlight covers painted to match the truck but don't know how hard it is to remove them all the time for driveing on the road.
how do they attach anyway? with double sidedtape or do they just snap on?
all help is appreciated.

they clip on. you just snap them over your headlighs, no tape required. infact they r really easy to steal, my friends were stolen off his chevy
