 Subject: blue twister-mounting front neon? help

Ok I know many of you don't like these little less on a lifted truck but I bought a street glow kit for springbreak and think they will look good on the strip. My question is I cannot figure out how to mount up the front 30inch neon. I would like to mount it so it will shine on the ground without seeing the tube. and not out of the valance. I have figured out how I can get it to light up the valance.
also if anyone has pics it would be greatly appreciated.
