 Subject: rims and tires?

I was wondering what I could get away with if I went with a PA 3" body lift? I currently have the 31" MTR's on stock rims. I am looking at getting the AE 589's. Not sure if I should get 15x8 or 15x10. Was hoping to get 33" BFG tires put on the new rims. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
