Message: the kit in the mag's are VERRY BASIC. most only come with one or two compressors and a 5 gal tank. and 1/4" lines. which meens you have to waite forever to lift it and waite even longer to fill up the tank. it does let the frame rest flat on the ground like any "custom" fabed system.
you would be better off just going to a reputiable shop and have them just do the install with their parts.

Message: I would go to a reputable shop and talk to them and tell them what you are looking for. I just got my dakota bagged at the Drop Zone ( formaly The Hack Shack) for $2600. I would try to get no less than 3/8 inch line and a 7 or 9 gallon tank. Also try to get the right compressor for your set up. Bigger is always better.

Message: Will the air bags allow me to raise the truck a little higher than the driven hight so that i can possibly get up on some steep driveways or steep parking lot entrances?

Message: if you are 'bagging your truck, you most likely are going to drive with it on the ground. so yes you can lift it up. usually they have about 6-7" of travel. you can get bigger or smaller baggs. it just depends on what you want.

Message: Remil I suggest you get 2500 in the front and 2600 in the rear. I have no problem go up driveways or anything. Also with that set up you can be driving around looking stock and then hit a switch and blow peoples mind.

Message: the AirRide systems are expensive as hell; last time i checked i found about $450/pair for just the shockwaves (bags w/ shocks). They do have Air Struts for civics, but this is probably not the best place to ask about civic stuff.

Message: Alright guys i dont know anything about bags, but i have a few ?s
Sorry but someone asked about a civic so I thought i could ask this, note my daily is a dak.
The only kind of setup that i have seen are the bags that install inside a coil spring how does that work if the factory shock is in there as well? The reason i am asking is cause I have an 1966 mustang that drags the oil pan and the headers if i go into a steep parking lot entrance or over speed bumps. I love the way it sits so i dont want to change the ride height at all. I just want to be able to raise it 2-3 inches whenever i need to. The back clears it is just that front end. Is there a bag system that would work on this car? Once again sry its not about my dak, but any help is greatly appericated.

Message: shiftrider, bags replace the coils and the shocks. but Air Ride makes bags with shocks ran through them for about $450/pair. Since u have to remove the shock, it rides like sh8t, so some people relocate the shocks on the arms. But I have NO idea about bagging a 66 stang tho.

Message: what about coil overs? they're adjustable, but just not from inside like bags. Either that or adjustable shocks maybe
