I have a 99 white dodge dakota. I am going to buy 17 inch dakota rims,the ones with the dodge ram simble in the middle.should i keep them alloy or have them dipped in chrome?i know someone the will chrome them for free so cost wont be a problem.

I'd go with Chrome, but I'm a chrome nut...they look nicer! I have alloys now, which are fine, but I'm looking for chrome. If you know someone who will chrome them for free and do a good job, then you can't go wrong there....

definitly wouldnt look tacky but if you live somewhere where you get snow then you might have problems with the salt, but it will definitly look nice

I hate the look of chrome on white. I think it looks much better on black. I love chrome to but it is really expensive.
