Well I finally bit the bullet today and ordered my r/t wheels for my 01 quad cab. It really wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, only $583.44 total walkout price at the dealership. The tires cost more than the rims!!Like I read on a old post, make sure you ask for the accessory price and not the replacement price. They wanted $575 a piece at replacement cost. I still dont understand that one. They should arrive tomorrow, I cant wait!! Just had to share, sorry for the long post.

The factory part # is 82205708. They are listed as $160.00 a piece. I get my oil changed there so they sent me a coupon for 15% off custom accessories. That got the price down to $136.00 a piece. Too sweet. By the way, I ordered them from Goodson Dodge just north of Houston.Phone #281-651-3810

Well, I got my wheels on today and they are fu**ing awesome!!! I went with the Nitto extreme 450's 275/50-17. These things are great. Now I guess I have to get the Hotchkis drop to go with them. I'll take some pics as soon as I can wash it.

rims and tires look nice. i think a drop would look even better. have you gotten any prices on the hotchkis kit??? i work at stereo shop in pasadena, tx and we deal with a lot of aftermarket items. thats where i got everything on my truck from. i want to put the 20" RT wheels on my 98 dak. hit me up if your interested in a price on the drop kit.

I think the last time I looked it was like $968.00 for the Hotchkis 2/3 drop. If you can come up with something better let me know. I wanted the 20's but I got all four rims and tires for the price of one 20 inch wheel. Were you able to see the full size pic or just the thumbnail?

i was able to see the full size pic but it was still kind of small. your truck looks bada$$. i found a set of 20" RT's for around $1680.00 plus free shipping. the ad is in SportTruck magazine towards the back. i forgot the website.

Thanks DakotaDan, I'll try dtw tomorrow. You cant get the full effect with those little pictures. Sport98, the website you probably saw was premier-automotive.net . That price sounds right, but you still have to buy 4 very expensive 20 inch tires to go with them. Check back tomorrow and I should have the other album set up.

Man that truck looks good! When you drop it, it'll be perfect looking :) I'd definitely go for the hotchkis kit and the shocks as well. It makes your truck handle GREAT! I'll hopefully do the same to mine. The only suggestion I could make would be to de-badge your truck. I did it to mine, and I love it. I'll post pics in a minute and provide a link.
