Message: The one I used to have mounted using simple sheetmetal screws, about 6 across the top and 2 on each side into the rear quarter panel. I never had any problems with it coming loose, just make sure that it hangs low enough so that when you lower the tailgate it doesnt rub the paint off the top of the pan with the bottom of you tailgate.

Message: I have the same rollpan, got it back in Jan 2000--- Everything was good except when attaching the top 'rail' to the bed. You have to really pull the fiber glass in to have it match against the bed, which in turn, puts a lot of stress on it. So here's what I did instead---
Got stainless mounting bolts at home depot-- Mounted the sides to the bed as described in the mopar muscle article--- THEN.. took a drill, drilled through the roll pan, and into the bed. Then took the stainless washers, put them between the bed and the roll pan, and bolted them up (used beveled washers at the outside of the roll pan between the stainless screw head the roll pan). Used nylon-lock nuts on the inside of the bed. Did this across the back in 6 places. Worked perfektly... hehe No stress cracks, nothing now after 55k miles of abuse!
