Any know how to recalibrate the speedo tp adjust for tire size changes?

I have a 2000 4.7L auto

I think you have to get it done at the dealer. I asked them once to do it for me, but they said they couldn't. I think they were just not wanting to do it. Give the dealer a call, it is all done by puter now.

yes the dealer can do it but only to the tires which were factory supplied or the optional tires none other
ie. some trucks came with 235/75/15
some with 255/70/16
possibly a few other sizes but thats all you wont be able to do tires such as 33X10.50 or any thing like that

Superlift has their TruSpeed sensor recalibrator,cost $182.95, available at www.4wheelparts.com.

I bought a gear box from KRC Performance. Basically the same thing, just a little cheaper. Cost is $149.
