does anyone know of a website that sells the solid fiberglass truck caps??? i cant seem to find anyone who doesnt sell them without the windows in it.

I don't know what you are looking to do with your windowless cap, but A.R.E. sells solid doors for the side and rear windows on it's caps. That way you can't see in and it's more secure.
Looks like this and listed as options on the website.

A.R.E. has one they offer without windows, and I think Century does too. I'm getting the A.R.E. one in a few months.

i am an A.R.E. dealer in wis. you can order any of their caps without windows. same with jason caps or snugtop i would recommend A.R.E. highly GREAT COMPANY

Hey "tim" just the guy I can ask about this. What kind of price difference is there if I get the Z or the CH Series with no side windows, and no glass in the front, with a rubber boot instead?

each dealer is differentbut at my shop we do not charge extra for no windows or front boot(it is a no charge option from A.R.E.)where are you located? remember that on the z there will still be recesses for the windows not on the ch series.tdwenzel@execpc.com

I had kind of already decided on the CH. I live in Central Vermont, and there aren't a lot of cap dealers in this area. I guess I thought the price of the cap might be less if I basically eliminated two of the windows and no glass in the third. The fact that they might do the boot at no cost would be good. Do they spray the inside too?

hey tim, way to rip people off. you know as well as i do that all cap companies DISCOUNT caps without side windows. why not extend those savings on to the customer?

I have a Astro 1600 on my 00 Dak, no windows on the sides, (saved $70.00), third brake lite mounted into the spoiler, (doesn't look to bad cause it is recessed into the top rear edge), and DO NOT BUY A LEER!!!!!! The fit was pee poor and after getting two caps that Leer said were correct I said not on my truck!!!!! The thing was a good 3/4" too short ( not tall enough) and having two previous Leer's I was worried about how good the Astro was!!!!! In short if you can find a Astro dealer you will be happy!!!! AND SAVE $$$$$.... IMO!!!!

Let me correct myself....I have the 1800 series cap...... it's flat/even with the cab....
