hey lowdaksport, i think its a Lund cover, not sure b/c i cant find the instruction packet that came with it, but i would recommand the ckeckmate FX b/c its prefectly flush and around $300. (i think mine was way more then that) http://www.checkerpro.com/checkmate_fx.html
