Message: i have 2 friends that HAD....... notice i said HAD.....PS2's.
not in their cars but there is no difference. they are both pretty much garbage now because the lens is shot from playing DVDs. they watched DVDs ALL THE TIME on them and its too harsh on the lens because of the clear cd opposed to the black cd. i know this because one of them that it happened to works in an electronics store.
everyone else i know that just plays games has been fine.

Message: Yo i got a ps2 in my 97 dakota reg cab 4x4. I bought the truck totaled and so it doesnt have airbags---I put a 7 inch screen in the passenger airbag and I havent had any trouble with the DVD vs the Games in the PS2 and i know for a fact that it ant the discs....I think that its the program that runs the DVDs because them chinks cant design anything right :0P--i got red neons in the cab and i made a center console with a solo L7 in it and i painted the grill on it red to match all the stuff that i painted in the interior. I did a bit to the interior and exterior. I need to do some performance work now ;oP.

Message: I have a pretty cool setup. I have this monitor called a Saav mirror monitor. Its a 5" TFT LCD monitor, The monitor is in the upper left hand side of the mirror. The mirror part clips onto the actual rear view mirror inside my truck. I have a PS2 hooked up to it and its so cool. The monitor is easy to remove and prevent theft of the device. I have the PS2 hooked up to a FM modulator so that the audio plays through all of the speakers inside my truck. The system costed me around $350. Pretty good compared to all those devices that cost the "G"'s. The resolution on the monitor is compared to a regular TV you can see every detail.
Check it out guys it's pretty nice

Message: Maybe I am getting old but what do you need a video screen in your trucks for? Do you guys live in your trucks or something? You should put your money to work for you when you are young so you don't have to live with mommy and daddy when you are 25.

Message: Adam, I don't think the 6.5" would fit, I have a 5.6" alpine indash and it comes out right under where the dash curves. There isn't even a quarter of an inch room. I put the t.v. in where the stock radio was, and it covers over the airvents, which kind of sucks, but i hardly use my air anyway.. So yeah i think the 6.5 would be too big...
