Dose anyone have a sloution to shaving off there antenna while still keeping the ability to hear the radio?? Perhaps a lowprofile one that possible is undear the hood for some reason i remember hearing about one

my friend shaved everything on his 00' ranger, and he ran his antenna wire through the headliner and the wire barly sticks out by the visor on the driver side. you cant see it if you dont know its there. the stations come in clear also.
what year dak do you have?

I think you want to remove it altogether, but Mine kept hitting my garage door when I went it. So I took it off, pulled the round ball off and cut 2 inches off of it, then glued the round ball back on... You'll never know the difference....
