Hey-
Check out this custom grill i designed with Photoshop when i was bored. I grabbed a picture of a truck online and then toyed with it, making the rims larger and then i came up with a new grill design. I removed the horizontal bar and filled in the holes. I actually liked the design so much that i bought a extra grill and am halfway done with making the actual thing. In real life, i cut out the bars with a hacksaw, used a friends dremel tool to make it flush, did some fine sanding and filled in the holes with figerglass patches. I have one more to do as there are four and i have a busy schedule. I'm going to fill in the new larger area with some mesh i found at Home Depot. Its going to be sweet when its done. If you want to see what this looks like in real life. I can e-mail it to you. I used the insert material that Wings West uses though. Custom built the grill from a used one. Costed $40 for the used grill and about $20 in materials.

Hey- i would definitely like to see any pics you got. I bought the grill new for $38 and then i am using fiberglass that i use for my surfboards so the cost so far has been minimal. If it turns out good i'm going to get it painted to match.
