Umm i don't know what the 20 inch rims would look like if you got the r/t replica's they might look good what i did is went ahead and got 17 inch r/t rims silver painted and 265 70 courser htr. looks sweat. iwould go with 17 to 18 no bigger or you will not have a very comfortable ride

Here is what 18's look like on my 02' 4x4 Dakota with rubber that equals 31x10.50 like the stock tires were so my speedo is not off and it handles much better with little change in ride. 20's would leave you with no sidewall to speak of.
Yahoo photo albums are fickle so the pics may or may not appear, who knows lol.
