Message: KovzR6,
I haven't seen a whole entire bumper change. Most bumper covers either cover the stock plastic valence or replace the stock plastic valence. The latter would require removing the stock plastic valence and intalling the your aftermarket bumper cover on your steel bumper.
Personally, I'm going to get a Stillen bumper cover and installing over my stock plastic valence. This approach will make the Stillen more sturdy and less flexy as well as use the stock fog lights. If you get an entire bumper/valence change, you will need to rig up a bracket for your stock fog lamps.

Message: I see what you mean. I just visited the dodge site. I think it looks pretty nice. I'm looking for that kind of look. The stillen looks similiar.
I was told that the sport steel bumper doesn't wrap fully around like a SLT by Chris Lambert. You can remove the stock bumper cover and put on most aftermarket bumper covers on the steel bumper. Or get a SLT bumper and install the bumper cover over that. You would have to make custom brackets for the stock fog lights or instll the aftermarket's fog lights. What cover were you looking at?
BTW the R/T looks sweet!!!!!!!

Message: Whoa! It looks alittle different. It does appears that the lower ground effect maybe added or attached on to the stock lower plastic valence. You just have to wait to see how the R/T valence is attached.
Sorry, when I asked which cover you were looking at, I was refering to the aftermarket ones. Chances are with any aftermarket bumper cover, any body shop could remove the stock cover and paint & mount the aftermarket cover for you. Good luck.
