Message: I made one. I started with a lund pan. I cut two holes in it, bigger than 4". Then i put two PVC pipes in the pan. This was to create "ports" for the exhaust. It also prevents chipping and looks cool too. Because the pan flares inward at the bottom, the PVC pipes are flush at the top part of the pan, and are protruding at the bottom part (sweet). Then i glassed them in, along with the notch for the spare tire. This was because the exhaust was so close to the spare, it had to be removed. And whats the point for it if there is no tire? right? Paint and your done. Mine was a two week project (little at a time) and cost about 250 altogether. It's worth it, 120% !!!!I get so many compliments, i almost get tired of hearing about it. Alomost......hehehe :)

Message: i work in a sheet metal shop and i want to make one with a couple of louvers in it. maybe i can find some aftermarket taillights and fabrcate them in. the question is, how im going to make it. i dont want it to look ghetto though.
