 Subject: Paint it FLAT BLACK?

After seeing the new 3500 Ram with the flat black grille, I was considering painting my grille, hood, bumper, and lower valance flat black. Would this be too much? I wasn't originally going to do the valance until I saw how many rock chips were in it. I was also considering getting a set of fender flares and having them painted flat black. I pretty much want more contrast in my truck w/o using other colors. Would a flat black front end look good with Street Scene inserts also? Any opinions would be appreciated...
