Subject: were 2 buy. wheel spacers. IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2000 dodge dakota sport wih 2 inch coil spacers and 17X8 eagle alloys and 265-70-17 mud terrains. I want them to stickout a little more past the fender flare. as of present they do not come outside the wheel well.
is there a place I can get spacers for the 6 bolt lug pattern of the gen III dak? and about how much are they.

Message: As for wheel spacers i personally wouldn't run them they are prone to breaking. Maybe you need to look into a different offset of wheel hopefully this helps you

Message: I want to avoid a different off set of wheel. if I can. all the ones I have found are like 2 inches. I only want a little bit like 1/2 an inche. now that I think about it I could use some of those discs you can put behind custom wheels.

Message: One problem with the disc spacers, is that they tend to put excess amounts of stress on the studs. You stand a good chance of breaking them over time. Just a warning.

Message: Pep Boys sells 1/4" aluminum spacers for $7.00.
They do not recommend using more than 1 on a wheel.
I've seen spacers advertised in the truck mags. I THINK Godfathers carries them. You can get widths up to 2". These are much more expensive.
