Subject: Lowering my 2WD

OK here's my question. I've got a 97 2WD with 235/75-15. I want to lower it down as far as it can go on these tires without hitting any of the fender walls in the front and having very little wheel well. Later on I'll be putting on my low profile tires. What would be the best drop for me?

change your tires first. if not you will be lowering you truck twice and wasting money. with the stock rims you can do a 2/4 drop (or a 3/5 drop if you dont mind the rubbing). after you get your tires (depending on the size) you can drop it down another inch or two, or if you want it to look REALLY bad ass, air bag it.
