 Subject: Paiting dash vents

On the 2002 Dodge Dakota on each corner by the driver side and pass. side...... It is on top of the dash, I already painted the airvents that pop out with no problem. Is there a certain way to pop these out or how should I paint them?

beee veryyyyyyyyyyy carefull taken them out.. get a small screwdriver.. one that comes in the mini kits.. and pry out.. but once again be very carefull.. i broke one of mine doing it..
