Subject: Brush guard laws?
IP: Logged

Message:
I heard from someone at my job that some states have laws against putting brush or push guards on vehicles other than official/police vehicles. I'm skeptical about that and couldn't find anything on the internet about it.

The guy claims the reason is that there is more injury to persons/property involving trucks with these up front.

It's obviously not illegal where I live, as every other truck around here has one. And I'm gonna get one. Gonna stick a winch on there too!

I just wondered if anyone else from other parts of the country have heard about this "law" at all, or is this guy just full of S**t.

Thanks.
