So I was thinking about making custom covers for the the climate controls, but I can't seen to get the damn knobs off. Does anybody know how to remove them, they don't want to just pull off.

Don't take this to heart "yet", but I think they do just pull off.

All you have to do is center the indicators so they point vertical. From there all you need to do is pull it off with a little muscle.
