You guys are absolutely right, the shaker hood does look awesome, but so do all the other hoods. I'm still torn and don't know what to buy. I guess that means this "fight" will continue on.

i want a shaker hood b/c they are bad@ss....but the cost is about double for other hoods so i think i'll settle for a cowl.....although a shaker would look good on my dak.....

Doesn't matter much which hood you have, at least it didn't on mine, not after I threw a Supercharger on it. I vote for the cervini's, but with the single scoop, not the double. Looks too bulky for my tastes.

Bad news about the Shaker hoods. I talked to one of Jonas's guys today about ordering a shaker, they are not in production anymore. Proglass is not producing hoods anymore, but he said that Keystone is looking at buying the shaker design. We should know something in about a month... Real bummer for me, I had been looking at those hoods since summer

i just purchased a hood from hairy glass co. for my 2001 dak. i got the fiberglass nhra pro stock drag truck hood, yesssss!!!! this is gonna look cool as sh__. i'm not sure how i will paint it, but i'm thinking about a big american flag. any comments welcomed. i'll post some pictures when it comes in
