 Subject: how many watts is the fact. amp?

about how many watts does the factory amp give my speakers? and, if i have an aftermarket radio, does the speaker get their signal and power adn signal from the radio's amp, or the factory amp?? im assumin they get the signal and power from the power amp, b/c they didnt work until i hooked up the blue amp lead from teh radio, thank ya!! :-D
