Message: Centerline (?) Aztec's seem to be pretty popular. I have seen them on many a dak. Look ok, but I like the look of painted wheels, like R/T rims

Message: Check out http://www.discounttiredirect.com/
They have an interactive program where you can see your truck with different wheels on it, pretty cool. You can even pick yellow as a color. I got the 17X8 Enkei RTS with 275/55 Pirelli Scorpions. They fit perfect with a half inch to spare. Probably wouldn't fit with a lowered truck, though. Good luck!

Message: I had the same trouble finding a wheel that I liked. Every time that I saw something that I liked, I came to learn the manufature didn't make it for Dodge so call the 800 numbers on the broucher & they will let you know that all they make for the truck. Just FYI, Dakota's are 6 on 41/2 hubs

Message: rear tires you can fit almost any size, the front is tough, my '92 R/T rims and they rub in the front, the rim used to grind, had some trouble fitting them in, look good though.

Message: Hatchman & Chad,
I just ordered a set of 16X8 Enkei RTS from Discout tire direct (upgrade from the stock 15X8). Any problems with the wheels or discount tire? My only concern with the wheels was that I couldn't find a weight rating for them...the RTS came up as recommended on DTD's website, but my truck is an absolute pig. I don't plan on exceeding the GVWR, but 4600 pounds empty and 6000 pounds loaded is still a lot of weight.
Thanks,

Message: Well, i'm happy as can be. They sent me a couple letters even after i got them to make sure i was happy, and the tires and wheels with 2000 miles have never looked better. If i needed rims again i guarantee i would buy from them again. Good luck, i think you will be glad you got them from DTD.
