Message: I can't remember the brand I think they were called Blue Max but they have a Blue tint to them and the size is the same as the cutouts. You can either attach them with the 3M tape that it comes with or try and bolt them on, I used the tape.
To do the cutouts, you will need a drill saw bit. It looks like a drill bit but will cut sideways. You can get them at a Home Depot ect. Make sure the lights that you get have a relay in the harness. I bypassed the switch it comes with and hooked that part up to the parking lights switch so they come on when the parking lights are on and headlights. Looks cleaner and you can drive with just the parking lights and fogs on, this looks cool. Good luck!

Message: Installed with 3M tape?? I think I saw a kit like that for sale somewhere. How is that done? I'd think that bolting the lights on would be more secure and less likely to have the jitter that is associated with lights that are mounted poorly. Got pictures?

Message: Hello, I am looking to replace the factory fog lights on my 2001 Dakota QC SLT. I think I have it narrowed down to three models: The Pilot PL-119B/C $70 - $85, Blazer BLA3200 $60 or the PIA 510 series $200+. I would like to hear from the group their opinions on which model is the best for the money.
Thanks in advance.

Message: Optilux 2500 by Hella are very very durable. Made of glass and steel. As far as rightness, they are a little tooo bright. And as an added bonus tey ave angel eyes in them. Do a search for them on this board. I explained how to do everything. Excellent replacement or upgrade from stock
