Can anyone please tell me which color wire going to the back of the parking/head light switch do I want to tap my positive wire and where the best place to put the ground?

I just did this last week and it work realy good. I put the hot wire from the harness to the black wire with the stripe. Looking from the knob side it is the one on the right. Use an auto electric tester that you ground the wire on one end and poke the wire with the ice pick looking thing and the handle lights up. Turn the switch on and off to find the right one. What is cool about the wire on the right is that it also is controled by the dimmer switch. You can turn the Indiglo off for day time driving with the lights on and also turn off the indiglo and just leave the needles lit up for a cool look. I grounded the system on the side by the fuse panel, pull off the plastic cover and there is a screw you can ground to.
