Can someone tell me how to install these brackets?

They are Foglight brackets for a Dakota/Durango (97-2001) that does not come equiped with foglights.
Or can somone take a picture of the brackets attached to the bumper?

Someone must know how to install these brackets. The brackets are on ALL Durango/Dakota (97-01). Could someone please take a look at there foglights and let me know how the bracket is attached to the bumper.
My truck is all apart right now, please help me.

Well I'm going to try to explain this. I'm assuming the holes are already drilled into the frame. The tab that is hanging down off of the triangle is bolted on to the frame. The curved L-shaped part is then bolted onto another bracket that is connected to the bumper(I'm not sure if you have this bracket or not). That picture shows how the bracket will look after installed. The small mounting tab will be the lowest part of the bracket once attached to the frame. If you don't know already, the factory foglights don't directly bolt up to these brackets, you'll need another mounting bracket. I wish i could take a pic for you to help this out, but i can't. Let me know if this makes sense.
