Carbon fiber dash appliques are usually molded pieces that fit onto the dash via adhesive backing. They come in a variety of colors as well as pieces, but will not cover the entire dash as painting would.

The molded dash kits are out there just hard to find. I also have a molded piece for the forward lower console on my '00, and door handles. And Ive seen them for the power doorlock swtch housings as well. Another option is hydrgraphics.
