yea bro, BOTH are comming in this week. The upper looks like a piece of cake but the lower looks like a pain just because the lack of room to work.

Rocco, got the grill in last night and tried starting with the lower. What a pain in the a$$ !!!! Here is a few questions for ya ......
1) (lower) Do you put the pieces of the grill in from the front and then try to clip it from behind ??
2) I see how the clips attach but I cant seem to get them on. I cant get the to open up enough to slip on ?

ok Nitro Junkie, the lower grill is a pain in the a$$ but dont sweat it. The lower grill goes in for the front and then u clip it for the back. I did the outside first then the 2 middle ones last, so u can get your hands behind it. I found that getting your hand behind the outside ones helped too. U know how the clips are like a "C" shape, with a little lip that sticks out at the ends. All i did with that is i bent it a little (just the tops) so that they were a little flatter so it could fit in, this way there would be more clearance between the bumper and bumper frame. I also used a screw driver, once I put the clip on a little I would then use a screw driver from the front to pry up the clip a little so that I could push it on. I found that way to work the best. Let me know how it goes, or if I could be an more help. Its kinda hard to explain what works best.

Put the clips in place without the insert, put the step side of the clip on the insert side, try to position the clips to where the holes in the insert lines up with the clip.
Put the insert in from the front use a long screw driver thru the hole in the insert to lift the clip open and just push the insert a little, one clip at a time.
It gets pretty easy after you do a few let me know how it worked for you.
THIS WAS POST BY BILL W on in the general board. you will understand this once you try to put them on.

DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the lower I put the clips on first and then put the grill sections in and used a flathead screwdrive to open up the clips enough to slide the grill in. The upper was a sinch, tonight I am going to install the latch handle. Any tips for that ?? looks pretty straight forward.

i didnt do the latch relocator. I welded a peice on my stock latch to give it a longer arm. It works better i think then the cable that came with the kit. let me know how the cable works out.
