ive seen some that would mount on top of your dash with double sided tape, this type could also mount on your windshield where your rearview mirror is. You could also put them in the sun visors

There's a number of universal mounting kits where you can mount it in your headliner, if you wanted it to be visible to the rear passengers only. Otherwise you should investigate buying an in-dash screen that pops out and flips up.
