Subject: just ordered r/t rim0s...what size tire?
IP: Logged

Message:
I just ordered a set of r/t rims for my 2002 quadcab, I wanted to keep the stock height/ride so I wanna go with a 60 series tire. WHats the largest width I can go to, can I fit a 275/60/17 like the r/t durangos, or am I stuck with either a 265/60/17 or 255/60/17? Anyone running 275/60/17's on their stock height dakota? ANy rubbing?

If you don't plan on Lowering your quad I would stick with the 55 series or higher.

I have 255/50/17 BFG's and they look a lil small from the side at a distance because they're shorter than stock.
BUT I plan on lowering mine 2"-4" soon as I get some $$$ so it should be solved.

Kotadude21-

Did those 255/50/17s affect your speedo that much?
