Just a question for yall. I want to install a Gen II steering wheel on my Gen I. Will it work? Are the boplts the same? And if so, how do you do it? My current steering wheel is looking its age and Id like a newer one. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they would be the same bolt pattern. The Gen I and gen II are basically the same exact truck besides the front radiator support, hood and grill.

Which steering wheel, the earlier GenIIs had the same steering wheel as the GenIs I believe and they got a new one sometime. i've got a 92 and I know a guy with a 96 and he's got a lot nicer steering wheel than mine. But he's also got an airbag too, and I don't want any of that.

I have a whole steering colum with wheel from a 93 if your interested. Its a dark gray color with no airbag.
