I'm sure the question has been asked on the forum before, but who knows about the Cervinis sniper kit? (price,pics,info, anything) I think its the baddest kit out for the dakota.. And also if anyone can get info about a group buy, I'll jump on it. So please post as much info as you can.. Thanks everyone..

I HAVE RECENTLY CONTACTED CERVINIS AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE OUT IN ANOTHER MONTH, THE PRICE WILL BE SOMEWHERE AROUND $1500-2000. IT WILL ONLY BE OUT FOR SINGLE CABS BUT AN EXTENDED CAB VERSION IS COMING LATER.

through all the discussions we have had so far, and all the people that i have chated to who have talked to cervinis about this issue have said the following............
1. Estamated date for purchase...late summer to late fall
2. Kit sold as a KIT. Individual pieces are not expected to be for sale
3. Estamated price set at about 1500$
4. the exhaust exit goes through the passenger side skirt ONLY.
5. People are tired of discussing this topic and tired of waiting for it.

I have contacted Cervinis by phone and email although they haven't responded to any of the 3 emails. What I have found out by searching around is that they don't even have a demo out cause the blue dakota that is shown with the sniper kit it just a drawing. When speaking to them by phone everytime I am told something different and the time frame always seems to be "Oh, just another 3 weeks or so." I have also looked into Cervinis for other parts and they aren't sure of the release date or anything. I think that their compant needs to get it together.

Ive been in contact with them for the past 6 or 8 months, everytime I called "one more month" I finally got it down to "about a week" but then and now its back to "a month" I asked about the club cab, they said they will be out with one but until then you can buy everything but the side skirts.

I spoke with Cervini's at SEMA yesterday...
They claim they're 8 weeks away from production. The rep said the delays have come from issues with the side pipe exhaust on the passenger side, they've had to switch vendors or designs more than once because of various issues.
They claim the RC version will come out first, followed by the QC, then the CC. I tried telling them that CC's seem to be vastly more popular than the others followed by QC then RC, we'll see what happens.
I have pictures of the initial kit that was on display with the SS Brakes truck at SEMA, it's a QC 4x4 but it didn't have the grille shell or the hood on it yet. They're posted on my website's Photos page.

Not sure if I'll be able to make it out... As much as I'd love to run at a sea level track for a good time, I'm in the midst of scraping funds together to finish my headers/exhaust before our bun in the oven is done cooking in January.

As nice as that kit looks, what about the fog lights? They seem so small that there wouldnt even be much of a point to having them no? But omg that kit looks nice. Thanks for getting those pics SinCity.
