I put two racing stripes down my truck when I first got it (have since taken them off in favor of a cowl hood- didn't look right w/stripes)
When you're putting them on you obviously want to make sure the truck's clean. Spray down a whole-lot of windex over the surface - this will allow you to move the stripes around after they're on the truck (you'll mess up somewhere!) Use your brain and make sure they line up. Use some twine to pull dead center over the truck to get you bearings, and use a crayon to mark the truck.
You'll need a squeege (sp?) to get all the windex out from under the stripes. You are going to have some bubbles under there that won't come out immediately, but they will evaporate with time. If some of the large ones are taking a while to evap., just popl them with a needle.

Has anyone ever seen pics of a white viper rt/10 with thin blue stripes on it, they don't go all the way down the front. I was thinking of doing something like that with mine. My stripes are to far apart I think If I got them closer they would have the look I want, after I change them to blue instead of the black. apparently the stripes on the roof should be
wider to prevent the optical illusion that makes
them appear smaller...it evens things up. Just
some 2 cents

Check out eBay. All colors available for the Dakota. By the looks of the guys feedback rating who sells the kits, it looks like he has many pleased customers.
