They're a hard item to find, because they're illegal now. The DOT refused to certify them.
Occasionally you'll see a set pop up on E-bay but they sell for a premium price.

I thought I could get a set fairly cheaply...but they went on ebay for around $150US....
Plus, the hassle of cops if they decide to pull you over for them....
I hate the Altezza lights, so I went the Ram Head tail light covers...not quite the same....but cheaper and less problems.
