Does anyone know of a company that makes a gauge kit where just dials and other gauges are white with the rest being black giving the gauges a recessed look? Kinda like a Lexus.

NR Auto's white-faced gauges are black outside of the dial area. Their website is www.nrauto.com for pictures/more information.
If you have a 1997-2000 truck, you can get an overlay which surrounds the gauge faces and come in carbon fiber, black, or billet finishes - you could always paint one to match, then you could use Nu Image's platinum/flamed gauges - www.nuimage1.com
The 2001-2002 trucks already come with a bezel that covers/separates the gauges.
