Message: Yeah, me too, I hate the way those orange bulbs show through. I actually swaped the orange ones out and put the clear white ones back in, but when they were lit, it looked too bright so I went back to the orange ones

Message: Depending on your state laws.....you can use clear bulbs in the corners. That's what I was doing...running the orange in the corner, but it didn't look good. Then someone on this site told me,,and showed me that in TX your corner indicators can be ANYWHERE from clear to amber.
Long story short....I have clear bulbs.

Message: Go to the www.jamstraits.com. They have a list of venders. www.sportruck.com has them for $24.95 and www.stylinconcepts.com has them for $19.99 a pair. Not a bad price for bulbs with a lifetime warranty and free replacements for the first year.

Message: RTD2, from what i know the law in ontario is any light on the front of your vehicle must be white or amber, so yes you can have white signal lights if you live in ontario. dont know about the other provinces, but just do a search for the highway traffic act (HTA) for your area.

Message: Umm I wouldnt be so sure of that.... I email the local copshop and they responded with the following:
"Thank you for your email regarding clear turn signals.
The highway traffic act states that signal lights must be amber in colour. This is to avoid confusion to other drivers as to your intent. Amber specifically indicates an intention to change direction. In order to use the clear bulbs, an amber reflector must be located inside the signal light itself so when it is activated the light emitted is amber. It is my understanding that these reflectors can be quite expensive, which explains why they come standard on the high-end performance vehicles.
If you have any other questions regarding equipment I suggest you view the web address I attached. Follow the links to Alberta Statutes. Equipment regulations are listed under the Highway Act of Alberta."
But maybe she misunderstood my question too though.
