i got mine from street scenes and it came ith all mounting instructions and hardware even painting instructions very easy to install... one thing that im surprised that it didnt come with is some sort of lighting for the license plate but there are bolts(used for mounting the plate) you can buy that have the light in the bolt

I have a Sir Micheals steel roll pan it came with a light but no mounting hardware.

mine is urethane ... i didnt see the advantage of getting a steel one(mine is fairly solid after mounting) and since no one steps on it i didnt see the need for a steel one(plus more weight) every pound counts right?! :o)

If you get steel you can body fill the side crevasses to get that smooth look. But I bought Urethane Street Scene, Looks damn sweet.
