Subject: bed cover question IP: Logged
Message: the fiberglass covers that have a lip that comes over the edge of the bed...can you put one on without cutting the top lip of the bedliner off? i bought my truck used and the liner has/had already scratched a good bit of paint off under it so i would rather just leave it in place if i could.
thanks,
Don

Message: I bought my truck with the factory under rail bedliner. Thought I'd take it out before getting the lid but I couldn't find a home for it...
The shop that installed my SnugTop lid cut the front/bulkhead lip off when they installed it.
I've seen some of the quick release type connections for these lids and other than the Innovations design, I would sugguest drilling to install the tonneau into the bed/bulkhead (behind the cab). Looks good w/Armor All! Slick as $&!t though! Hope that helps!
