Message:
hey, just a quick question, ive got 2 10 inch
jbl's that I need to be able to fit into a ext. cab
dakota, and i need the back seats. Is there
anyway to fit those in without cutting the wall
out AND not losing the rear seats?

MTX thunderform.. replaces the plastic under the rear seat and is a perfect bolt-in. Has a place for the jack, the 2 10 inch subs, and the amp.

We are doing a group buy.. and will be ordering monday.. Price is 195.00 shipped to your door.

Maybe I missed something during the installation, but I doubt that there's room for any kind of amp in this enclosure. There's a void in the center for the jack (and those much-sought-after cupholders), but no other space within. Besides... any amp powerful enough to make these subs hum are way too big to fit, even if you tossed the jack.

I mounted a 10 in. sub in each storage well under the back seat. I cut out the plastic tray that holds the jack, and put that stuff in the bed. I sealed up the enclosure, and it sounds great. Back seat is still usable

so your saying that I would have to like mount
the amp on the wall or something? Maybe
under the front passenger seat?

I removed my front seat, and mounted my amp under the drivers side. Concealed, and harder to steal, since it is screwed to the floor of the truck!

Ok, Im doing it. Ill be taking orders(money) tommorrow. Due to lots of advice and thought however I will only be doing the unloaded boxes. The price will be $195.00 (that includes shipping)and will be shipped to your door. Here is the "thought", and no offense to anyone who wants and/or has the loaded box. I was told that the amped version often has lots of problems, and next Ive never heard the subs that come in the boxes and I dont want to be limited to midgrade MTX subs, and I dont want to buy subs twice. I would rather get the box and then go listen to subs and buy the ones I want! If you want the MTX you can always buy them later for just about the same price. So Im taking orders for the unloaded boxes starting tommorrow. You need to email me, pay me through paypal, I will send the money in one lump sum,and send it to the distributor.

AGAIN; email me if you want in this deal!!!

Hey I have a 95 dodge dakota slt regular cab and ill tell you what i have two 8" rockford fosgates behind the seat powered by a 240 watt pyramid mounted on the back wall and an 800 watt pyramid also mounted to the back wall that pushes two 12" pioneer subs in the bed. and i replaced all the factory speakers with the sony explode system since i have the sony explode cd player. and i also mounted two mini subs in the extra spaces in both my front doors. these two speakers are basically the same that you would find in computer entertainment sytems. both of mine are 600 watt a piece which it took some injennuity to get them to work but it was well worth it. so i have a total of 12 speakers jammed into my dakota so you can fit just about anything in if you put your mind to it.

I made a plate of MDF that fits in the drivers side underseat storage. Required no cutting of the plastic, and holds 2 Fosgate 8's and recessed fosgate amp. Hits hard in the cab, not alot outside, but thats the way i like it. Best thing is, when I trade up, POOF, it's back to O.E.

If anyone wants the plans, lemme know.
