Well I dont have a pic of a Carbon fiber one, but i do have some of my Brushed dash and there on my site.
I got it from Woodview http://www.woodcorp.com and they do have Carbon Fiber ones too. There easy to install and look great.

Not sure what you mean by brushed aluminum. The CF kits I've seen are basically made the same. Carbon fiber material incased in a clear plastic coating with a 3M adhesive backing. Brushed aluminum sounds like a stiff material that would be difficult to conform to some of the contoured surfaces of a typical dashboard.
