Subject: R/T Style bumper IP: Logged
Message: Hi, I have a 97 Dakota Sport, and I have put a small dent in the bumper. Rather than repair the bumper, I am considering removing it and putting an aftermarket piece on to make it look like the back end of the Dakota R/T. What I need to know is what the piece is called, where I can get it, and how much I can expect to pay for it.
If you're not sure what I mean, I want to make my truck look like this : http://blackdakrt.com/pics/gallery/backleftside.jpg

Message: That's a roll pan, a fiberglass Street Scene roll pan I believe...not factory issue on the R/T. About $150 bolt on...most truck part retailers carry them. Depending on the model/make, you may have to move the spare, but the manufacturer should specify. Hope it helps!

Message: Great, thanks man. The bumpers are way more than that to replace.
